WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

Growing up in a Vietnamese immigrant family in the 90s, the pressure to succeed was everything. I struggled quietly, especially with English, and it held me back more than I ever wanted to admit.

 

Then in Year 10, I met my coach Sara. She saw how I learned differently. She met me where I was. She helped me find confidence in my own way.

That support didn't just lift my grades. It changed how I believed in myself.

I know what the right guidance can do for a child who's struggling. That knowing is why INQUISITUTE exists.

I'm Coach BT (aka Bích Thủy), a specialised learning strategist and academic coach. My decade in the corporate world, across Accenture, DeakinCo, and Melbourne Business School, shaped me as a facilitator, consultant, learning designer, and leadership coach. I bring that same rigour to every student I work with.

My approach builds the same thing in learners that great leadership develops in adults: confidence, curiosity, and the ability to ask good questions. I want your child to learn today so they can lead tomorrow.
